Four things every Math engagement includes.
Diagnostic first
The first session is a guided conversation and a few targeted problems. We come out with a clear map of what is solid and what needs reinforcement.
Concept then practice
Sessions split between teaching the concept (so it sticks) and working problems (so it moves into muscle memory).
Homework becomes the working material
We teach the concept, then apply it to whatever problems are already on your student's desk that week.
A real plan
Your tutor writes a short plan after the diagnostic and sends it to you. Ask questions about it, push back on it, and we'll update it as the year goes.

Math is the subject where weekly cadence matters most. Even a single missed week can leave a gap. We hold the same time slot every week and reschedule when needed instead of canceling.
